I'm Enrique Valadez, a professional bartender with over a decade of experience working in some of London's most recognised bars, restaurants and hospitality venues. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with guests from all over the world, learning that great bartending is about far more than making drinks—it's about creating memorable experiences and making people feel genuinely looked after.
After years behind the bar, I created Cheers & Co London to offer a more personal approach to private events. Whether it's an intimate birthday celebration, a corporate gathering or a hands-on cocktail masterclass, every event is treated with the same level of care, professionalism and attention to detail.
