• Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation and any required deposit.

• Quotations

All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

• Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

• Suitable event space is available
• Legal drinking age requirements are respected
• Accurate event information is provided

• Alcohol

Where alcohol is supplied by the client, the client remains responsible for purchasing and providing all alcoholic beverages.

• Changes to Bookings

Changes must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.

• Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made:

• More than 30 days before the event: deposit retained
• Less than 30 days before the event: up to 100% of booking fee may apply

• Liability

Cheers & Co London shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
